The Tech Square Return & Exchange Policy

At The Tech Square, we work hard to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Since we specialize in certified devices at budget-friendly prices, our policy is designed to keep things fair while ensuring we can continue to offer the best possible pricing.


What You Can Expect

No Refunds or Exchanges on In-Store Purchases or Pickups

All in-store purchases and pickups are final sale. This allows us to keep our costs low and pass savings directly to our customers.

Defective Product Exchanges (Shipped Orders Only)

If a shipped item arrives defective, we’ll exchange it for you:

  • We cover return shipping for defective items.

  • A replacement will be sent promptly after inspection.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we’ll provide an equivalent option of equal or better value.

Non-Defective Returns (Shipped Orders Only)

If the product has no defect but you would still like to return or exchange:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (to and from).

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

  • Returns are processed only after inspection.


Warranty Coverage

Every certified device from The Tech Square comes with a 90-day warranty covering hardware defects.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications


Why These Rules Exist

We don’t inflate prices to cover high return rates like large retailers do. Instead, our streamlined approach allows us to offer high-quality iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, laptops, AirPods, and Samsung devices at much lower prices — while still protecting you against defects.


Example Scenarios

  • Case 1: You order an iPhone online, and it won’t power on upon arrival → We send you a prepaid label and ship a replacement once we receive the defective unit.

  • Case 2: You buy a MacBook in-store and later decide you prefer a different model → No exchange or refund is possible, as in-store sales are final.

  • Case 3: You order an iPad online, but later decide you want a different storage size → You may exchange it, but you’ll cover the shipping both ways since the iPad has no defect.
